  I was quoted $165 by Brian to replace a gate valve to a ball valve and then $200 by his tech to replace the handle assembly on a leaking shower. We are new to the area and were referred to this business by the realtor that sold us our home. Therefore we trusted the company was honest and reputable. Once the job was completed I received a bill for $650. I contacted Brian regarding the 175% increase in what I was originally quoted and his response was it took longer than expected and “that’s just business”. I paid the full bill and moved on but wanted to let other potential customers know of my experience.

  Had to meet Brian and Tim at neighbor's house today because he's out of town, and his wife and daughter had no water. Service was prompt, courteous, professional, and experienced, and my neighbors were thrilled that it was repaired so quickly. Would recommend Malcom Lewis Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Great dealing with professionals who treat their customers with such respect. Jeffrey Scearce

  I called! They answered. Very professional fast and courteous. They gave me a time they would be here to unclog my pipes for my house and they arrived almost to the minute. They had to take up my toilet and use their 100ft snake to get the job done. They made it look easy..great job. The only con is they're $85.00 a hour plus they charge u for the equipment(the snake) so if your pocketbook aint right...call the guys who dont answer their phones
