Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience !!! April 2019 was one of the best days of my life. Just bought a new construction home located on the Ross Barnett Reservoir. This home was located and designed to my complete satisfaction. May 2019 I was home taking a shower and I began to hear loud sounding bubbles. I cut off the shower and the noise continued then suddenly stopped. June 2019, Early morning in my master bathroom preparing to brush my teeth. Turned on the HOT water from the faucet and tea colored water began to show. July 2019 After using my bathroom toilet it would not flush. I had to wait until morning to flush the toilet. August 2019 Once again it's early morning and I'm taking a shower. Here goes the loud bubbling noise again. This time I exited my shower and seen large bubbles coming through my toilet. Then my jacuzzi tub which I never used - begain to fill with debris. September 2019 I called the City of RIdgeland. A plumber employee came to my house and he removed the sewer cover and WE inspected the drain that's connected to my Home. 1st we notice the drain was COMPLETELY DRY. 2nd No evidence of any water or waste exiting out to the sewer. He inserted the camera and it STOPPED at 25 ft because the house pipes was NOT CONNECTED to the sewer pipe. OMG how is this possible. I contacted M&P construction and they contacted Makos plumbing and a certified plumber was sent to my home. He heard my complaint and diagnosed the problem and began to work. More sooner than later he informed me he "FIXED" the problem by snaking the line ? October 2019 Home washing clothes and left to run errands. Returned home and my hallway and guest bathroom has flooded with laundry water. I seen bubbles escaping from where the toilet meets the floor. At this point I was extremely upset and walked outside to sit on my patio. Then I noticed water coming out of the base of my wall because of the pressure and not having any where else to go. I contacted Makos Plumbing and the plumber stated I was out of warranty. I then drove to M&P construction and met with one of the owners. She was courteous and understanding. After explaining and showing pictures to her, she shared with me this wasn't the first time a customer complained about plumbing that was contracted through Makos plumbing & Gas. Immediately she called another plumbing contractor and that company agreed to be at my home the next morning. By the way I am a single male that live ALONE. No kids, no wife and nobody to CLOG my drainage line. This story will continue AFTER the new company come to inspect, diagnose and repair. To be continued...
