  If your looking for a plumbing company look no further… I’ve had to use them to install some toilets, service my boiler, install a dishwasher and also fix some valves on my heating system. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do excellent work.. The prices are fair and the office staff is very pleasant.. I would absolutely recommend this company…

  Our water heater stopped working and started leaking on a Saturday. We googled water heater repair and found them. So glad we did. They were very responsive, honest, and professional. We had to wait until Monday so the water heater could be replaced but we were directed on how to turn the water off which did help. They didn't try to come out and charge us for Saturday and then Monday again, this act alone made me realize this was an honest company that doesn't take advantage of customers. Monday arrived and they came and did it all. Removed and discarded old heater, installed new heater, added piping and more electrical wire. I forget the plumbers name but he was amazing. I would definitely recommend and they have a customer for life. They also recommended a water restoration company. Thank you Mak III plumbing.

  MAKIII have always been responsive and fixed problems at reasonable prices and almost always the first time. When on rare occasion it didnt work they came back and fixed issues(in my case at no additional cost I cant say they can always do that).
