  The amazing service that I received started with my phone calls to Magna! Tammy did a fantastic job of scheduling Matthew to come out when it was convenient for me. I work from home and have lots of meetings so it’s not easy to fit a repair service in between them all. Once Matt came out he was super professional, told me what the issue was right away and fixed it immediately. I have already referred you guys to my mother-in-law! I will definitely be a repeat customer and send more customers your way!

  Matt was AMAZING!!!!! 10/10 customer service!!! Please use them for any plumbing issue, they are awesome! I called Sunday and left a voicemail. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and we’re at my house Monday early afternoon. Then they sent the best tech out to look at it!!

  Matt and Ronnie were awesome men to work with. They were very polite about putting their masks on when I asked them to do so. They were also very professional in their interactions with my husband and I, and got the job done in less than an hour. I had a positive experience with them and would recommend them to others.
