  My experience with rural water supply systems predates the founding of Madera Pumps. I witnessed their beginning and watched local growers and agri-businessmen obtain water supply services for farms and rural residences since the early 1970s. Groundwater wells, pump systems, and piping are major components that in total provide high quality drinking or irrigation water supplies for farming and ranching needs. Within Madera County and nearby central San Joaquin Valley locations, you can be certain you will be provided the necessary components to obtain your water system needs.

  My well stopped pumping water. This is a nightmare to most people living with a well. Of course it happened to me on Saturday night. So on Sunday morning I began to look in to it. Changed the pressure switch first as the old one was very old. That didn't fix the issue. I then looked at the control box and the start capacitor wasn't showing any continuity. I tried to call 2 other local companies and of course they were closed. I tried Madera pumps and got an after hours answering service. They put me in touch with Trisha who said they normally have a service tech available on a Sunday but they were on another job at the time. I asked if I could just buy the control box and she said they actually had somebody at the office and would be waiting for me! I was able to change the control box, and Trisha put me in contact with one of the service techs to walk me through getting the tank filled and pressurized. I had to go buy one more part from them the next morning, but was able to get the well working on Sunday afternoon with a short term fix. Great customer service. They didn't have to help me on a Sunday. I regularly take calls on Sunday for my business and I'm so happy somebody did the same for me.
