  I was in the Refrigeration and air-conditioning field for 30 years. I needed a new unit and couldn’t do it myself so I got a few quotes. At the last minute I called Maddox for a quote and they were here in 30 minutes. It was 90 degrees outside and I know they were busy so that impressed me. Maddox had a good very good price. . I did some checking and decided to go with them. They sent two young men and they were so nice and did very good work. When they finished they cleaned up everything and even vacuumed the floor. You won’t regret using Maddox for a repair or a new insulation. They are not pushy or hard sale . Very easy to deal with.

  I’ve been using MADDOX for 3 years for semi annual maintenance. Today I had a maintenance visit, and an air cleaner and UV system installed on my HVAC. I’m am extremely satisfied with their service. The service tech explained everything and did a great job.

  They were good to work with on the install of my generator. They flat suck at getting back to you when you have a problem. Funny this popped up today because last weekend i was out of town and my wife called and said the power is out and the generator is not coming on. So I call them and talk to the answer service and leave all my information, I still have not been called back today is one week!
