  If you are a small business owner stay away from them. They use small contractors so they can control them and abuse them. I worked with them for nine years, in my time contracting with them, I have seen them put 13 small family owned business into bankruptcy and failure through none payment for services rendered. They will string you out on payment but still expect you to meet their deadlines ( which are ever changing). You have no control of the schedule or cash flow for the job. If you cannot meet their demands ( even though they owe you for 2 to 3 months of work) they will bury you in court or hire some other contractor to finish up for you, so they don’t have to pay you at all. This is why they cannot get reputable contractors to work for them.
