  So kind of you to get to our job earlier than scheduled but when you are going to ROB me for $700 to replace a kitchen sink & faucet, all parts provided by us, less than an hours work!! You should be ashamed. It wasn't an emergency job, you fit it into your schedule. A few months ago I had a water heater emergency on a Friday night that cost only $200 more and that included the water heater!!

  Hi Lisa, We provide upfront pricing via written estimate and get a pre authorization signature before we even start the job. The gentleman who did authorize us to do the work sounds like he should have communicated the price to you before giving us the go ahead to do the work. We had two experienced journeyman plumbers to expedite your project as we value our time and our customers time. Our flat rate pricing gaurantees that no matter if a job takes 2 hrs or 8 hrs, you pay one price. We also replaced and reworked the drain lines so that they were up to code and replaced the water supplies as well despite what you have said.
