  Nic, our repairman arrived on time, carefully figured out how to solve a water leak, fixed it and performed appropriate tests. He was courteous and like all of the MacGregor people pleasant to work with. MacGregor seems to be more expensive than others but I believe they do quality work and are dependable.

  Our job was not a traditional fix, but Nic stuck with it and devised a workable solution. He communicated by phone and also emailed us photos since work was being done on our vacation condo. So professional and so personable. Thank you for a job well done.

  Junior and Sylvester did an outstanding job installing a new Bryant furnace and a new hot water heater as well. They were courteous, very professional and on time. They thoroughly cleaned up any debris and answered all of my questions regarding the new units. I highly recommend the MacGregor company and these 2 excellent installers!
