  Fantastic Service. Technician Sam was very polite, on time and definitely knew his trade. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He tested everything and explained what he did. He wore his mask the entire time and I am happy to recommend MAC 5 to anyone in need of quick repair. Also, the dispatcher was great. She was able to work me into the schedule and I was back up and running from first call to technician finishing in less than 3 hours!!!! Amazing!

  Today I had a full repipe completed at my residence. Master plumber Jack and his first rate right hand man Mo did well above a 5 Star rating! All my questions were answered completely, they worked hard and left my place clean! A shout out to Phil who came in and quoted the job and to Sweet Jackie in the office! Amazing job from start to finish! Price was fair, warranty is solid and the work ethic from all was stellar! You got a super group of caring folks! I recommend Mac 5 Services for your plumbing needs! Thanks again!!!

  We had a clogged toilet, and Robert took care of it. He was very professional and friendly. We will need more plumbing work unfortunately since we just purchased this home, and we plan on using MAC, primarily due to Robert’s knowledge and work ethic. He explained everything, so I understood exactly what we will need done. Very happy with this business!
