  I had a water heater replaced at my condo after a wrong water heater was previously installed by a different company. Jon came and explained everything that needed to be done and why certain components in my water heater closet needed to be replaced so I was fully aware of any and all issues. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to work on an issue that some companies told me they wouldn’t touch because they didn’t want to take on the liability from the previous installation. Thank you for getting the job done right and efficiently so my family can be safe and warm!

  Simply the best. Stride has been dong HVAC and work for me since the 1990s, when they were the only ones who would take on a difficult job nobody else wanted, replacing a furnace in a tiny utility closet in my condo. They did a superb job then and I've used them since many times, including to replace the furnace and air conditioner in my house, putting baseboard heating in my sunroom, and the like. It's always a pleasure to deal with them and their work is really high quality.

  Worked with John at Stride. I had a great experience with him and the company. John came out to the house the same day we called since we had heating issues in the middle of the coldest week of the year. He was very nice and made sure I understood the issues and then he even got in touch with my homeowner himself to update her. He was very knowledgeable about the space and answered any questions I had. He followed up as well. Highly recommend John and Stride.
