I used M & M plumbing through my home warranty company. He arrived earlier then expected, and with a mask. I explained to him the issue with my water heater and he diagnosed the problem quickly. In addition I also had an unrelated issue with my refrigerator line & and he also diagnosed the problem instantly which was a small leak. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

M&M was referred to me by my home warranty company after I made a claim to repair my waist line. I researched them and was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. Long story short, the claim was denied because the problem was below the cement slab. However, I got a good vibe and still went with them. I am here to tell you that not only were they willing to work around my schedule, They quoted me an extremely fair price, and Maurice, the owner, came out and was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have a new plumber who I will be using for everything! I highly recommend M&M.

This is a horrible company to try to work with and they are very unprofessional. I was referred to them through my home warranty company, as a preferred (cheap) plumber. February 18th I gave them a call to schedule an appointment and received no answer. The following day Maria (from the company, wife of the owner) texted me and we scheduled an estimate and evaluation for the 27th of February. The plumber Mo (Maria’s husband/Owner of the company) arrived in her POV due to his work truck being in the shop. He took a few pictures after looking everything over and then supposedly ordered three parts. The following day my $100 deductible was taken out of my account. A few days later I was asked to take pictures of the faucets and send to Maria, for them to then send to the company (not sure what happened to the pictures he took). 7 days later she texts saying they were able to locate the parts that will work based on what the company told her. We scheduled the repair for March 19th. The night before I get a text stating that the tech, (her husband) has to take her to the doctors because she cannot drive and is going to have to reschedule. I reply with “Let me know your next availability” (figured this is something she should know since this is her business). Two more days go by and I ask if there is any word on when we can reschedule and no response. I text again the following day and again no response. Finally, 3 days later, she gets back to me saying she is still in search of 1 part (but I thought all of the parts were in and that was why we already had scheduled the repair!). I ask her about that and she said that the company emailed her which ones to get but they only found 2 of the 3. I asked to confirm if we were still waiting on one more to be ordered and got no response. I let it go about 2 ½ weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this point it was April 8th and still hadn’t heard anything at all from them so figured I’d give her a call this time instead of texting. I called at 8:30am with no answer. 5 minutes later she texted saying she was on the phone and that the virus shipments are being delayed but if I wanted them to come out and install the two parts that she could get me booked the following week. I texted back saying for her to give me a call when she’s off the phone because at this point I wanted to let her know how unprofessional and horrible their customer service was. 12:45pm rolls around (because phone calls generally take 4 HOURS!) and still have not received a phone call so I decide to call again with once again no response. I immediately called my home warranty and told them it should NOT take 7 weeks to fix a problem. They put me on hold to call the company to see what the status was and what do you know no one answered! As soon as they clicked back over to me all of a sudden she finally decides to return my call (I’m sure she saw the home warranty company calling and figured she better call me back). My home warranty company gave me a new company to go through so I never returned her call. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Lesson learned was to make sure the job is completely finished before allowing my money to be taken. They got me for $100 for coming out, taking pictures (that they lost), then ducking me for 5 more weeks… this is not how you run a business.
