Furnace failed and called M&M. They came out right away to give me a quote and were able to schedule the install the next day. The installations guys did an outstanding job installing the new furnace and showing me how it worked. They cleaned everything up and you would have never known they were there. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend them.

Absolute rip off. The technician I worked with was wonderful, on-time and professional through the whole experience. He was there for nearly 6 hours, helping fix a pipe that burst. For the repairing the pipe that burst I was charged a very reasonable ~$300 which took roughly 4.5 hours. However to install a dishwasher which took him about an hour and I provided the installation kit, I was charged over $500.

M & M has been great. They are very responsive, their quotes are thorough and very clear, and they show up when they say they are going to and work diligently to finish the job. They've replaced our old water heater with a tankless model, replaced our furnace and added an a/c unit - and hauled away all the junk. I've been extremely satisfied with their work!
