  Work not completed but still demanding payment in full. I have a gaping hole in my wall for over two months and unclear whether the work done will be functional once the contractor portion is completed. In addition, they wasted several hours before figuring out that a complete removal of the piping was necessary despite my telling them that was the case, since it is what I had been previously told by two other plumbers and my super. No discount on that error in judgment. Very little information or help in the entire process and did not tell me what would be required from my end until it was too late to change courses. Honestly, just sloppy and irresponsible. I would look elsewhere for both quality and customer service.

  Mrs. Mikkilineni had a 3rd party hire us on her behalf and remained uninvolved until we requested payment on the work performed. Work began in September 2019 and then the client put the job on hold while Mrs. Mikkilineni chose which tiles she would like to use in her bathroom. *Four* months later, we requested payment ONLY on the portion of work completed and Mrs. Mikkilineni indicated that she had a problem with paying until the work was completed. As we were hired under the impression the work was being performed for the building, we did not receive a deposit at the start of work due to our ongoing relationship with her buildings' management company. Mrs. Mikkilineni did not want to pay any deposit or any payment for the work performed but was also unable to indicate when she would choose a tile so that the work could actually be completed. Her complaint that the work was done incorrectly is due to the fact that she chose a thick tile that required the plumbing to be adjusted - tiles which she did not even choose until almost five months after our work was completed. Unfortunately, certain circumstances are out of our control when the customer wants to remain hands off and have another party handle it on her behalf until the last moment when work has already been completed. Please note, we also did offer to return and make the adjustments for the plumbing due to our relationship with her building which Mrs. Mikkilineni declined after our 3rd follow up request.
