  We had some problems with our 17 year old AC outside unit mid summer last year, and called M&M Electric at the recommendation of a coworker. Mary answered the phone and was able to get someone out to look at it later in the day despite it being the busy season for AC repairs. Jerry came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem by replacing the capacitor that looked to be original to the unit. They had us back up and going in a few hours. Jerry mentioned with the age of the unit that we might want to consider an upgrade for peice of mind and efficiency savings. We had thought about this in the past, but since the unit was still working we continued putting it off for later. A couple months later on Labor Day the compressor failed, and they were again able to come out the same day when I called them on Tuesday. Jerry confirmed it was dead, and that it would be hard to find parts for the old unit that were reasonably priced. We decided to go ahead and get a quote to replace our furnace and AC unit, since they were both the same age. Jerry took photos and measurements of all the existing hardware while he was here for the repair, and Mary quickly got us a quote so we could start the process of ordering our new parts. Now, I'm writing this during Covid times, so your experience may be different. Getting the parts took a little longer than expected, but since we were heading into the cooler months and our heat still worked, we weren't too concerned. Mary was sure to keep us updated on the progress as soon as she had new information, and I can't blame them for supply issues. Communication was great, and when the time came to install the new unit, the install technicians were timely and professional. They ran into a few issues during the install, but were able to work through them quickly and finished my install in a day. Bottom line, I would recommend them for any heating and cooling issue you encounter. They were quick and knowledgeable on repairs, and do their best to make things right when things come up.

  I had a new heating and a/c system installed by them in June. Works great and they were very helpful in registering for the rebates. They always are very quick on service calls. They even checked with me a couple of months later to make sure everything was okay. Definitely recommend them!

  We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit put in one month ago. M&m electric did everything they could to fix our old one but it was just old and wore out! They were always quick to get here anytime we called and did an excellent job installing our new system. They also offered financing that was very helpful and easy!
