Had a line blockage backing up both bathrooms.  Called M&L and they were able to get a plumber out the same day. The scheduler was very polite and professional and the plumber, Robby, was outstanding.  He immediately identified both issues causing the problem and resolved it within an hour. He was polite and worked efficiently and very professional.  Overall an outstanding performance by M&L, I highly recommend them!

I was really glad to bump into this company!! I have a service plan with Homeserve and made a claim for a burst pipe under my driveway.  I wasn't sure who was coming.  M&L showed up immediately.  After leak finder located leak they returned the next day and repaired it in no time! As it turns out I had a second leak and they came the following day and knocked it out! All staff are so nice that I looked forward to calling them. That's unusual!I  will be using their  services again

The response to this review below reports I signed an invoice. THAT IS NOT TRUE. I hired M&L for the plumbing aspect of a shower repair in Crawfordville. It was a challenging project requiring them to visit the property several times. They did a good job of responding to those needs, making room in their schedule for last minute calls to resolve issues.  Some created by the demolition crew, some they created themselves (not hooking up the hot water feed correctly). This poor review is based on the billing. They charged $1,600.00 to my card without permission or explanation. I discovered that charge while paying the bill. In my experience, when someone charges you without your knowledge, they are hiding something. Advanced notice of any charge, especially one this high, is common business practice.  I called, leaving a message with the office staff, asking for a return call and a review of those charges.  No one called.

Mr. Foster, we apologize about the mishap you have explained above. It is in our procedure to call all customers before running a credit card even after it was given to our tech with a signed invoice authorizing the transaction. We, like many other companies have been affected by covid-19 and have been working short handed, but still try to return all calls/questions/concerns placed to our office. AWESOME group of folks! I called with an outdoor issue and Chris came out and took care of us. He was GREAT to work with and explained things in a way that I could understand it and explain it to my wife.

Main drain line was clogged and water was pouring out in downstairs.  It was Sunday but Adam was on call and responded promptly.  Adam was very courteous, and explained what he discovered and tips to keep it from happening again.  I really appreciated him unclogging the main line.  If in need of a plumber, I will be calling M&L.

M & L was hired by our contractor Rapuzzi Remodeling.  We are not sure if the drain installed in the shower was done correctly and we may have to cut a hole in the ceiling below to have that looked at.  We have been afraid to use the shower because the other work was so sloppy.  The plumber repaired a broken supply line to two toilets that the Rapuzzi people broke while removing the old floor.  We are having to remove a light fixture below that to make sure that it was done correctly.  The supply lines to the two toilets were wrong and sloppy at best - not centered behind toilet, one was installed lower than the toe molding, one was 6" to high - a mess.  We are having to remove one toilet, cut a hole in the wall and have all of this redone.  Rapuzzi should have pulled a permit.  If that had been done the inspector would have made them redo this work and we would know for sure if the repair and the drain were done properly.  I think it is strange that the plumber did not look for a permit when he entered the house.  Since then we have talked to two contractors who no longer use M & L because of very bad work. They had to partially redo slabs because the plumbing in the slab was incorrectly done. Do not use these plumbers!

We would also like to confirm with you what M & L Plumbing Inc. performed while onsite, which would not require a plumbing permit. (Replaced supply lines, installed owner furnished tub & shower trim and replaced owner furnished shower valve) M & L Plumbing Inc. warranties all jobs we perform for (1) year from our completion date if any issues arise. If you want the main water line to your house to be placed in your backyard instead of your slab, give them a call. When we started to pull another permit for a porch, we called M&L to have them flag where THEY placed the main water line in my backyard because THEY forgot to put one in my slab, the rude office lady told me to call the "call before you dig" line because it's the law. Seriously!! I wish we could have picked our plumbers for our new build instead of the contractor. We had many problems with all of the brand new pipes in my slab having to be moved because they placed them in the wrong place. Now the lady is rude to me every time I call with a problem.

2/22/2021 - Update to your response. We never received any type of extended warranty so I’m not quite sure where that was sent. We asked you to have the warranty in writing and again never received it. Now we called today because half of our house is backed up and the lady on the phone said y’all are too busy and can’t get to us till next week maybe. So now I have half of my house that is not usable and cannot wash clothes or use the sink in my kitchen, ruler or shower in my master bathroom. We have to pay out of pocket to have someone fix a problem that we continue to have because your company is always too busy for this. Please don’t blame a foundation issue on your faulty plumbing. You had to move every one of my pipes because you put them in the wrong place. You added extra 90° angles which can cause back ups like we’ve had several times (this being the worst) and it hasn’t even been two years.

Their plumbers put pipes underneath my toilets to shimmy the toilet and didn’t put any blocking under the shower. DO NOT trust this business.

Mrs. Sarvis, we apologize for us just now seeing this and being able to respond. You dealt with myself and the office manager directly many times after your job was complete, I am not sure who you spoke with the last time. I do apologize if any of our office staff came off as rude, as we do not tolerate that. We sent you an extended warranty contract after your contractor had to RamJack your concrete slab foundation up after a faulty foundation as we knew this could possibly cause issues in the future with any underground plumbing. This is also the reason a new water service had to be ran and connected, as the original was compromised with the slab being elevated and disturbed. We also have a (1) year warranty on all other work performed outside of this special situation, which we have agreed to warranty. As stated before, we have corrected any issue stemming from the slab/foundation problem previously and will continue to do so in the future. Hired M&L Plumbing to replace a shut-off valve, install kitchen sink (disposal, filter, faucet, drain, etc.), and install bathroom vanity (faucet, new drain, caulking, etc.) - they were a great value, very punctual, had a trustworthy crew, and were very easy to schedule with the office. I would definitely use them again.
