  I'm really sorry to have to write this poor review. I have used M&F Plumbing for nearly 20 years, since they initially did all the plumbing for a major remodel, and then the occasional work since then. That was when the company was run by Mike Miller who was always 100% responsive and just a pleasure to work with. I was very sorry to hear that he passed away a couple of years ago. Without knowing that, I recently contacted M&F to replace a water heater. I suspected there might be problems when the woman who answered the phone immediately started bad-mouthing her predecessor, accusing her of rigging the books, or some such thing. In a subsequent call she bad-mouthed everyone who worked there, including the owner, who she said is incompetent to run the business (so she has to}. The unprofessionalism and attitude of this woman was disturbing, completely inappropriate for talking with customers. I'd go elsewhere for plumbing work. I feel sorry for the owner, who may not be aware that this person is ruining his business.

  M and F installed an outdoor cold/water valve on our house. They were very prompt, easy to work with us and keep in our budget. I highly recommend their service. The plumber and apprentice were highly skilled and it was obvious they knew what they were doing and used good quality fittings.

  Out of all of you plumbing companys I've had the pleasure of meeting, M & F Plumbing is by far the most efficient and kindest people/company in any trade (and I've worked with and met quite a few different tradesmen) I've ever met and or worked with. Thank you M & F Plumbing.
