  Called and made an appointment for service and was told they would be there by 10am the next day. No showed, when called was told they wouldn't be able to get to it. Wasted 3 days when I could have found a different plumber sooner.

  Charged my elderly mother $185 to unclog a drain, which took less than 20 minutes. How can people sleep at night after charging that much!!!

  We are sorry you feel like our pricing was excessive. Let me give you a little insight as to our overhead cost. We have vehicle expenses, fuel cost, equipment cost(drain equipment), phone, insurance, workman’s comp, plus the technician has to be paid. There is a lot more overhead involved in running a business. We are a flat rate company. If it had taken 2 hours, the charge would have been $185.00

  Amazed at how responsive these folks were. I fully expected to be without water until Monday however, they responded immediately after receiving my text at 9 o’clock on a Saturday night and we’re out there by 9 o’clock Sunday morning with a fantastic knowledgeable and great worker who didn’t seem at all bothered by the fact that I had ruined his Sunday morning. Great company would highly recommend them to anybody!
