  MCON is a huge joke of a business. They screw over employees by splitting the hours into drive/shop/and work time. Thus making overtime impossible. They force their employees to work in dangerous conditions with the wrong equipment or sometimes no equipment at all. They have illegal welders assist in their work and put everyone around their job sites in danger. The owner is a millionaire that has the the money and time to buy million dollar boats and race them but can’t pay his workers for hard earned over time, and provide them with safe equipment and tools. They are constantly changing the handbook and having employees sign paperwork on the job without the time to read it or have it explained. If you’re thinking about working here I advise against it. You will be worked to the bone and treated poorly. They should be ashamed.

  their driver threatened me for pulling up to a stop sign in my own neighborhood. i had to show him I had kids in the car to keep him from doing what ever he planned on doing. he said he knows where I live of course he does he was working 4 houses away. wow be threatened for his driving skills. he drove a red semi on 11/13/2015 i did call the company with no answer
