  My propane fireplace pilot had started making a loud noise, which it had never done before and I was very concerned it might not be safe. The employee who took my call shared my concern, contacted their service man, who made sure to get here that afternoon and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened, how he was fixing it and how to shut the propane off if I was ever concerned about it again. And reassured me they were always available, if I needed them. Priceless service, at a reasonable price!! I highly recommend Luton's Plumbing and Heating!!

  I have had Lutons replace my hot water heater, relocate natural gas lines in my kitchen and do routine maintenance on my hot water heating system. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. Had an issue with a union joint on a natural gas line that had a small leak you could barely smell. Not an emergency by any means. Lutons treated the issue with urgency and had it fixed within 2 hrs of placing the call. My family will continue to use Lutons for all HV/AC, plumbing and natural gas issues! Highly recommended!
