  The pipe between our meter and house shutoff valve developed a leak and was slowly saturating our lawn and overflowing into the street. Rather than dig around to troubleshoot and to head off any future leaks/cracks, they recommended replacing the entire pipe with a new PEX line. We were pretty happy with the entire experience. The work appears to be good quality, and they were FAST. We contacted Loyalty on Monday night, had someone out on Tuesday to look at the issue, and the work was completed by Wednesday afternoon. That's less than 48 hours from the first email to the final invoice. If you have an urgent plumbing issues, Loyalty is an excellent choice. We were told our water would only be shut off for an hour or two of the repair, but the water was shut off promptly after the crew arrived (with no heads up) and was left off for the duration of the five hour repair. They also left their trash in our cans without asking, and didn't inform us when they had left. I just peeked my head outside and noticed that they were gone and the water was back on. We needed to move quickly for our repair, so we didn't get a chance to shop around. With that said, I felt Loyalty's price was on the upper end of fair - a premium I was happy to pay in this circumstance. Perhaps to offset this, Loyalty offered a $50 discount to write reviews on three review sites. Overall, we were happy with Loyalty's quality work and expedience.

  Thank you Loyalty Plumbing LLC for the work you do for us and for the community. When our clients needed water heaters you answered that call. Today, our homebound seniors on our Meals on Wheels Program needed dog food for their furry friends and Loyalty brought 2000lbs of dog food to NAM!! This is the true meaning of Neighbors Helping Neighbors! Thank you Aldo, Oscar and all the good people at Loyalty Plumbing!

  We are an out of town contractor that hit a water line at a residential site in Hockley. I called Loyalty Plumbing, and got an immediate answer and same day appointment scheduled. They were fast to respond, and hopped right on the job. Thank you Loyalty Plumbing for helping us on such short notice & close to the holidays.
