Edit: what a great shopping experience my second go around. Shout out to the paint department for physically checking their stock before I drove 45 minutes one way. And to Tammy for helping me clear out the clearance rack!

After getting the run around, mistreatment, and out right rudeness from the Tifton Lowe's we finally bought a lawnmower! The Moultrie Lowe's gave me very good customer service. I called and asked what lawnmowers they had in stock and the guy told me without hesitation, confusion or antagonistic dialog!! Went to Lowe's and 15 min. later left with a lawnmower and spent $2800!

Great place a lot stuff for you home yard and all about construction

Let me just say this store is the perfect example of what a store should look like when your employees actually care, I will go one step further by saying that Shirley in appliances is one of the most caring people. Our oven when out and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with a stove. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to need appliances please give her a shout. You won't be disappointed.

Was looking for shrink wrap and alarm batteries. Plenty of assistance and found both quickly.
Store was well staffed, clean, well lit, and organized.
Plus I am a wounded veteran and Lowes offers a military discount of 10%.  Additionally they have several veteran marked parking spaces and specialy marked parking spaces for us "Combat wounded".

I called this store asked if they had a certain tool set lady said I'll check she came back saying they have 3 I said I'm on my way she said come to register 6 when you get here & ask for Leslie and I'll get it for you thanks Leslie

This is a typical large corporate Home Improvement Center. I'm very familiar with most of the item locations. This time was a little different, I needed to get it a couple of specialty items. I had to ask three employees for the locations these items and they weren't even close to the locations. Now I know every employee carries one of those little hand computers, but none of them used it. After a few attempts of trial-and-error to locate the items, I found them without any productive assistance from the employees. The only suggestion I have corporate office is for them to improve the training of their employees to use that little computer more often rather than sending the customers all over the store.

They don’t care about their employees I got covid and they terminated me for “job abandonment” while I was quarantining. I highly suggest not working here even though I met some great people and had some good memories they didn’t even try to work with me about it or anything!! I even called multiple times trying to get in touch with someone (most times nobody was there to speak) and when i finally got in touch they didn’t even tell anybody about me being sick.

Very professional staff.Very Knowledgeable about their merchandise but when we got to the self checkout. We couldn't use our Military discount because we had to register. online. I just dont understand why they couldn't key it in.
