This is not my normal Lowes I go to but my normal one that's close by didn't have what I needed in stock.  The store is laid out a little different than what I'm used to but I still found everything I was looking for. A couple times I had an employee asked if they could help me find anything, which was nice. The store was clean and the lady at the checkout was nice.

Hunter in paint  Was a pleasure to speak with not only was he knowledgeable of the products I ask about he he offered new information on other products that I had not considered . I purchased this product and will put them to good use and write a review on them as soon as I'm done. Thank you for the customer service experience!

I also visited the garden department looking for fencing I got the fence defense and I am driving home with these beautiful flowers .

On Christmas Eve morning I called to check the availability of materials to build a deck foundation. Dennis answered all of my questions an gave me several great suggestions. When we arrived at your Lowe’s he provided excellent service in a very sincere and genuine manner. Thanks to all of the Lowe’s team members for making my families Christmas merry.

As I was going in the store to purchase new flooring, I witnessed an employee loading really heavy equipment on her own. She looked like she was having a hard time and no other employee went to try and help her. This employee was petite, lifting cabinet sets and water heaters ALONE. This was an injury waiting to happen, the employees shouldn’t be allowed to lift this heavy equipment on their own.

If I could leave a 0 star review I absolutely would. Do not use lowes for any installation services. They advertise installation and same day services but that is 100% not the case and yes we read all the fine print. They will give you every run around answer to make you go away without solving any problems. They have lost my families business for how they handled our most recent problem with getting a new hot water heater installed. Wasted a week of my time with no direct answer til today when they said the opening isn't big enough for them to do an install. So instead of telling us this a week ago when we originally inquired about their services,  they completely dodged my calls and never got back to me until I had to call corporate.  So thanks for nothing lowes. Save yourself the time and go to a local plumber for anything you need. They won't lie to you and over quote you.

Generally friendly and helpful employees, and all seem to be pretty kind and understanding. I like this business, and I think it delivers good services and varying commodities on its end. Would recommend.

ROY IN APPLIANCES DESERVES A RAISE! The gentlemen gave us his undivided attention while we shopped for our new refrigerator, over, microwave, and stove top. I have never had such an amazing experience like this, before! I recommend everyone as for Roy if shopping for appliances!

I asked for help at self check out, the machine would not take my gift card ...the woman working there  would not help me...I asked her 3 times. She was to busy talking to a man.She told me to keep running my card through. I finally went to a NORMAL  check out.  I had no problem with gift card.

Employee in flooring department at Lowes in Columbia Tenn was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable of his area and products there down to installation ways. He should be recognized for his prefomance and abilities to do his job. Very attentive and courteous.
