Low quality materials. If you are looking for finishing boards or hardwood the trip to Menards in Quincy is worth it. Wood here is knotty , cupped, warped, etc. Today there was no checkout open, just employees pointing to self checkout. This was frustrating with a cart full of PVC pipes and fittings. Would have appreciated the choice of traditional checkout. The store was nice and clean and the workers I saw were polite and helpful.

Bought a refrigerator from here. Can’t say they are very professional or courteous. Been waiting 2 days for them to deliver it and still haven’t received it. Guess I’ll be waiting another 2 days to see if I get it or not. If you buy anything from here just pick your items up yourself if you can.
