Karen was a tremendous help on items in the outdoor furniture area that were on sale but not marked. She called 3 different managers looking for the correct price. Soon an offer was made for the 2 chairs (originally a set of 4) and we were on our way. The chairs are perfect for our motorhome. Thanks Karen!

One of my favorite stores and as one of their biggest customers, I am here at least once a week and sometimes more.  I built my own home using materials from Lowe's and depend on them wherever I am at to quickly find the materials I need.  Great customer service, prices, and selection!

Yesterday my dad called lowes to purchase a lawn mower for me. He spoke to a ProSales Specialist, Amanda Morton. He did the purchase over the phone which took some time.  She told him to tell me to meet her as soon as I got to the store. I would just like to say Amanda was very patient, kind and willing to help us with the process of the purchase. Just want to say again, thank you Amanda!

Worked at many Lowes throughout VA. This location on Main St is the least stocked most disorganized I've ever seen every time I visit. Go to the location in Chesapeake off of Portsmouth Blvd/Joliff Rd for a much better experience.

I bought some fertilizer that was on clearance...price was not marked on the bag.  After talking to several people working in the  garden center, no one seemed to want to assist in finding price. Thanks to the cashier in building materials for aid g in getting a price for me. Needless to say, when I got home, the fertilizer was saturated with a liquid and unusable.

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this location alone and now I won't step a foot in because of the so called manager (Jenna). I walk up to customer service in the morning with no other customers as I was hanging up the phone so I wouldn't be rude and "the manager" decided to say, " Do you want to be helped or so you want to be on the phone." I asked her pardon and she decided to make sure it was not a joke. With an attitude. I'm not sure about yall but just because some one is having a bad morning doesn't mean you can speak to the ones who pay there hard earned money and they have a job because of customers. Horrible.

I love going to lowes, and normally  I get really good service. But today I wanted about 15 minutes  before  deciding to leave after an attendant told me he would be right out side to assist me in purchasing a dog kennel for my baby. Not happy but I will continue  to shop there he was one employee  and he doesn't  get to help me make a choice  on where to shop.

Lowes sent a delivery driver to my elderly parents home to deliver an appliance.  While the man was there, he stole my mother's purse.  All her credit cards.  Her cash.  Her ID.  Her FOB for her car.  Lowes has refused to do anything to help.  They site that it is their own contractor's fault.  My mother was not in privity with the delivery driver.  She was in privity of contract with Lowes. Apparently, the guy had a criminal history of theft and other property crimes.

Staff are present and helpful. Being their aren’t many other good options in the area at this time. It is always busy. Items get in stock pretty regularly though.

The Lowe's in Suffolk, VA is great. Was having some difficulty carrying all of my supplies and Drew, although he was busy himself, stopped what he was doing and aided me in my situation. Thanks a bunch, Drew!
