  It has been a while since I visited Lowes and I was impressed. I was wandering around looking for a few items and Justin, a store employee, approached and was very helpful. He helped me find everything I needed and made some helpful suggestions. The next day I returned, and there was Justin looking for people to assist. Again, he guided me to everything I needed. Well done Lowes and well done Justin! Top level service!!!

  I have always found one good helpful Associate on my shopping trips here, when I have needed assistance. No different today, I was in search of an appliance filter on this visit and I was guided to the location, but will have to return with my specific model info.

  ((( Worst customer service/rude managers ))) Jason Rose #1 Sharon Leatherwood #2 I came in to buy Christmas lights and stopped to look at the Christmas trees. I found one I liked and was tagged on sale for $169.00. A employee next to the trees then noticed my brother and I looking at the tree and said that's a great deal and went on to say we only have 2 left of that one. So we bought it and drove home an hour away. When we got home it wasn't the correct tree so we drove back to the store and went to customer service and explained what happened. They asked us to show them the tree. We got to it and it was marked just as we said. She took the tag and went back to customer service. Then found the employee that told us the first time about the tree and agreed with what we said. After looking more into it she said the tree was miss marked and can't honor the price. We asked for a manager and told the manager the same thing. He became very rude and would not honor the price. I asked for another manager and she said she was backing the other manager. My brother tried the explain and was told not to talk and that they were only talking to me. Then the employees changed their story and accused us of changing the tags/ lost the original tag. We had taken pictures of the tag but was told that was errelevant then said they can look at the cameras and was told they wouldn't. And was continued to be mistreated. Then the manager said I'll do $220.00 but can't do the price marked or what the employee told you. Then put a new tag on the tree.. I said no thank you and left. Then I called corporate and filled a complaint but was told the complaint would be sent to that lowes and that manager to look over. I asked who I can complain to about being mistreated by this manager and was told I can't. After now wasting my afternoon and gas I'm very mad with lowes and how I was treated.
