  Went to look for a new set of faucets for the bathroom. The store was clean and there were actually a lot of workers out and about the store. The guy working the plumbing section asked if we needed help looking for anything and was very friendly. When we were browsing the refrigerator and kitchen section a couple employees made sure to ask if we needed help or had any questions. The store was clean and organized. We'll definitely be back.

  Literally drove to Lowes for salt for my rain soft system. I walked inside and asked an employee where it was. She was sitting on her phone and literally just said “inside”. Super helpful. Then I went to ask ANOTHER employee about it and she was amazing. She didn’t know where it was so she asked for back up. So “Candace” came and said they didn’t have it here. I asked to see if I could get it shipped to the store or my house and she without even looking into it said “sorry no”. This is why I shop at Home Depot.

  We cancel our door installation project here , calling for refund is not a good experience. We have to keep calling because they said , we will get the full refund , each time we check they only put part of the amount. The excuse was they miss it . How can you miss it it’s clearly in your system how much the customer paid! We’re still waiting for remaining refund. I always like to shop here but this has really make me and my family don’t want to go here again. Calling to the managers no one will answer you..
