  The service was great, the employees all was very nice, asking; How are You doing today or can I help you find something, everyone seam to act like they cared about the customers…Lowe’s charges for a pallet return of $ 18.37. & You will get a refund when You bring the pallet back to Lowe’s. I bought a skid of blocks . I’m 75 miles from this Lowe’s, the employee loading them on my trailer damaged the pallet to where it was just turned into fire wood, in other words, the pallet was never going to be used again. The employee still insisted they had to have the pallet returns !! I could understand the new policy if the pallet was still in good shape where it could be used again. Lowe’s Corinth, Mississippi Get Real !!

  Went today to buy, dishwasher. Stood there waiting for some one for 45 min. Lowe's just lost a big sale. Started walking off after 45 min. of waiting then a lady, wants to know if I need help.No one offered help or even spoke while we were there. So I go across street and had a lot of help and was greeted when we walked in. Bought dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. So sorry Lowe's, maybe y'all need to employ people that wants to help other people. Employ people to help others and do there job instead of standing around and talking to co workers.

  The place is massive. Guess it would have to be servicing 3 convergences of states. But that massiveness, combined with the lack of clear signage leaves you a bit bewildered. Even with a store website telling you exactly where it's supposed to be. If your new to it, be prepared to spend a little time wondering around. Unless your fortunate and see, then engage an employee.
