  We had them install our new water heater in 2020. Was experiencing some water puddles by the water heater recently. They came out right away and found a clog in the septic that was the cause not the water heater. They have always been wonderful to work with. Would recommend them to everyone.

  We had a great experience with Colton and Rapid Response Plumbing. Our water heater went out and they were able to visit on a Saturday to replace it. Ron was very thorough in walking us through options for replacement and Colton did a great job with the installation.
