  Loudoun Environmental Treatment was our hero this weekend. They came out on both Saturday and Sunday to drain our septic tank and then unblock the main drain line from the house. Austin was very knowledgable and gave us the confidence that he fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this company for any septic needs...awesome work ethic, professional and just nice people.

  I highly recommend Loudoun environmental treatment company for any if your septic needs . I called this company last night because I had a sewer backup in my house - Austin answered and told me he would come right out this morning and take care of my issue - he showed up and got my sewer unclogged and pumped out my septic tank. I was so thankful that he took his time on Christmas Eve to help me get this fixed. If I could give 100 stars I would - he had excellent customer service , reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for what he did today. If you ever have any septic issues he is definitely the one to call.

  Austin was professional and responsive. He called me back within a few minutes and was able to come out the same day for a septic emergency. He explained what the issue was and showed me why the septic pump was not working properly. I had called another company first but did not end up using them because they did not follow up right away as promised and they were estimating the repairs would cost almost double what Austin charged us. We would definitely call Loudoun Environmental Treatment again and would highly recommend the company and Austin.
