  Called and was told they were scheduled to the max but would try to come. A couple hours later showed up and not only fixed my drain and leak issue but improved on the drain system which required extra time. I really felt that Mr Lostetter sincerely cares to fix his customers plumbing issues and is also very kind and polite. He was also quick and very knowledgeable about his trade. Sincere appreciation from me and I earnestly recommend!!

  In regards to your "handiwork" Mr. Lostetter. Much to our dismay, shortly after your work was completed, under our kitchen sink, we had a rather obnoxious leak.  Gasket on the drain basket wasn't sealed to the sink basin and fittings at each joint were loose.  Had to be torn apart and corrected.  What a waste. Furthermore, a ZIP TIE holding the vent for the dishwasher seems a bit unprofessional. $370 for this work?   Ha!!  Still trying to add this one up.  If it wasn't for the fact that we needed this work completed right away, by a "licensed plumber" (per request from the buyer of our home), we would have done this ourselves or done more research for a professional plumber Upsetting!  It's like taking $370 and burning it for the heck of it. Overall, NOT impressed. We would however like to thank you for the mess you left on the kitchen floor and under the sink.

  Used this provider a couple of times for simple plumbing jobs. Good experience both times.
