  Mr. Lopez went above and beyond with sevice for my home in Grants, NM. Responded same day, helped talk to warranty companies, and was timely with ordering parts as well as installation within a few business days. Would highly recommend! Date: 02/14/20.

  So unprofessional. Tried to diagnose problem over the phone and then bill for replacing the whole appliance. Finally came to the house and said there was nothing wrong with the appliance, couldn't diagnose the problem. Was here 10 mins tops. I kicked him out while he was talking ON SPEAKERPHONE as I'm trying to speak with the insurance company. First negative review I've written. STAY AWAY.
