We recently changed from septic tank to city sewer and asked Watson Plumbing to complete this task. We found Mr. Watson and his crew to be professional, efficient, polite, thoughtful and helpful. They completed the task in a timely manner and left our property in better shape than what I thought when digging a trench and destroying a septic tank. I highly recommend this company and would call on them again if needed.

I called Mr Watson that morning and came that afternoon after I had many failed attempts at other local businesses. His team was very professional and found my problem that my last plumber did not! He was very thorough in explaining the whole process to me and what he was doing and having to replace! Highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

He has always been prompt, and he and his employees are courteous and respectful.  His pricing is fair and consistent with the quality of his service and workmanship. We have always had good service from Watson Plumbing, so it is baffling to us why they told us they would come to our house and assess the leak under our foundation.  However, They Never showed up, didn't respond to subsequent calls and texts over the next four days, all the while the leak was running so loudly you could hear it under the thick concrete and see it coming out from under the foundation.   We are very disappointed, since in prior years we had excellent service from them and even recently recommended them to our new neighbors.

Everyone from the receptionist to the guys who came out, were very professional and they fixed a very clogged drain in what seemed a short amount of time.I am very impressed with this company.
