Stopped by this a.m. to look at rain showers and hand held shower systems. Rhonda was a gem! She mentioned that she's been there for 11 years, and it showed! Personable, very knowledgeable, she saved us a bunch of money. I recommend Longley supply and Rhonda with 20 stars.

Worse plumbing parts experience ever- went in for a union brass re-model kit which the parts counter guy said he didn't have - Mistakingly finishing his mumbling thoughts as he rumaged through loose individualy wrapped valve stems and handles I assumed he was piecing me together a re-model kit. He dropped a new diverter stem and a replacement for the 1 hot stem I brought in to match up and what I thought were handles for each. I reminded him that I also needed the cold side stem. By now he already wrang me up an astronomical bill for 3 replacement stems, and 2 handles of $59 bucks and change- I looked at 1 of the replacement stem bags and realized it contained no seat- so, now, for 2 seats he added $4.00 more dollars. So, I'm headed back to the job when it hit me that he had not added the discussions to go with the new handles- I turned around and drove through 4:30 raining rush hour traffic to get the discussions, nuts, and threads to the added tune of $34 more dollars- So, long story even longer- I get back to the job site- after Longley has closed of course, only to find $100 bucks later and too late to do anything about it till Monday instead of having the parts a re-model kit would have included I was still short 1 handle (diverter) and the threaded rod was too large to attach the discussion behind the handle I wasn't given even after plainly stating twice that I need the re-model kit. I mean, I understand they apparently don't stock the re-model kit, so, then one would think the next logical approach a 3 year old, let alone a seasoned parts counter clerk would take to send the customer out with what they need to complete the job, and especially at the obviously over priced amount of $100 bucks- Would Be To Piece the Re= Model Kit Out Piece by Piece- I mean- if you DON''T HAVE ALL THE HANDLES TELL SOMEBODY SO THEY CAN ORDER ONE! Duh! Next time I will absolutely change the entire valve manifold behind the wall before going back to Longely and Darryl and his other brother Darryl.
