Long Corporation is a GREAT company. I had an issue with my furnace and the technician Steve provided OUTSTANDING service!!! He was at my home in no time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Steve diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me. The part that needed to be replaced was not on his truck, so he told me that as soon as the part is available,  he would return to fix my furnace. Steve returned with the part in under an hour. He replaced the part in under thirty minutes and my furnace is up and running. Thank you so much Long Corporation and Steve for an AMAZING job.

Just had Long's replace my water heater as part of Home Serve's service agreement.  Mike arrived on time - actually, earlier than I expected, and got to work right away.  He explained everything in great detail, took pictures, and coordinated everything with Home Serve.  Minutes later, Emily arrived with the new heater.

From the moment Mike arrived to the time they left - under 2 hours!

Problem totally solved, everything left clean and in working order.

Highly recommend Long's.  They'll be my first call for any plumbing or HVAC issues that may arise.

Long's was called in when another plumbing company failed to get the job done. From the moment I made contact with the dispatcher, it was an exceptional experience. They sent John, who must certainly be a master plumber, to my house first thing in the morning. He quickly surveyed the issue, understood what needed to be done and was totally professional in the way he accomplished the repairs. Cannot offer enough praise for the quality and completeness of the job.

This company was sent to my place to repair my water heater through my insurance company. The heater had to be replaced and the cost was covered by the insurance but the plate wasn't. I had no idea what the plate was and how much it costs so when they told me I needed to pay additional $231 I didn't question them. After they repaired and paid them, I checked the cost of the plate online. Well it is only $9.00 at the local stores. I called Long's to question the price, the man on the phone said labor. And when I told they are already being paid for labor by the insurance company, his answer was that is a set price. Basically, the double dipped. They charged me and the insurance company for labor. They are a scammer, dishonest. I do not recommend using them. What they have done is stealing. There was no additional trip made to pick up the plate and there was no additional labor used to put it under the brand new heater they were replacing. They just don't have any excuse to charge me 230 times more than what should have costed me. Unbelievable!!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM. Find an honest company.

I have a home repair insurance, on 6/7/2021 I requested Long's to send a tech to my house to check the sewer line because Long's was here 2017 and did a good job.
However this time, not as Long's claims to provide a "supervisor" service; may be the tech was tired, it was over 90 degrees outside and also this was his last job after 5:30. He got offensive and impatient when I started asking questions. Upon his departure, I asked him " do I need to sign something?" as a normal process, he said no.
Next day, when I spoke to the manager, he was short on my comments.
I have asked Long's to send me the inspection paper in the mail.
It was an disappointment!!!
