Never had an issue when I lived in Ludowici and even now when I can't get an appointment at my local health dept in time, I always turn to this Health Department. They're friendly and trying their best to serve the community.

We have had several vaccinations and services there.  We appreciate the prompt and kind attention given each time.

I got my covid booster shot there, they were very helpful and courteous.

Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER, ive called for MONTHS on end, everyday. THEY WILL NO PICK UP THE PHONE, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER VOICEMAILS. you cannot offer a damn service and then do not provide it. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment since LAST YEAR. LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES AND NOT ONE RESPONSE.

Rarely answers phone. Always going to voicemail. No call backs. Not able to make appointments, but tell me that they won’t accept me without an appointment.
