  I got an estimate from them, told them I wanted it installed but could not get a date for when. Called the shop because the guy I had been talking to stopped answering his phone when I called. The lady at the shop said she would have him call me but to this day I have heard nothing!!!!

  Was able to get same day service on a hot Friday to fix AC, which was great, as we were leaving the state on Sunday for vacation. Personable owner.

  The guys did average work and were quick to respond if I called them. However, communication overall is an issue and a lack of professionalism from the owner means i would NOT recommend them to others or use them again in the future.
