  I have hired Lokuta's a few times over the past few months as I've had a few issues in a recently purchased fixer upper. Each time I've called, Lokuta's has either come out that day or given me advice on the phone. It is great to know I can trust them as I've been having problems with almost every other contractor I've tried to hire or have hired! I will continue to use Lokuta's for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs. I just wish they did more than that!

  We had gurgling pipes. I contacted Lokuta's and received a call back within the hour of placing the quote request. They came out quickly and located the problem. 2 days later my problem was fixed. I can't speak highly enough about the quality, professionalism, and experience. I will be sure to recommend and utilize there services in the future.

  I needed to address failing 14 y.o HVAC systems in a 1929 3 story brick home. One system was functioning well. The other's AC had problems maintaining set temperatures. I had met with 3-4 contractors. Varying ideas were discussed and priced. Lokuta Plumbing was the most upfront and honest about circumstances putting "pieces" of different units together. I knew I wanted 96% efficient furnaces and I wanted to increase the SEER on the AC units from 14. All that was needed was replacement of a third floor unit fairly easily accessible and a basement unit. Lokuta Plumbing was the most prompt in response times for bids, the most informative about the products recommended, and the fairest(not cheapest) in pricing for the job. There were some unit delivery issues of no fault to Lokuta Plumbing, but when these became known, I was promptly notified and rescheduling done to not waste my time. Work areas were always clean at the end of the day. I have had the units two months now and could not be happier. I would highly recommend Lokuta Plumbing for any service they offer. Following the HVAC, I engaged them for preventive maintenance on my Rinnai NG hot water heater and some small outdoor faucet upgrades. Prices again were fair and work was excellent.
