  Called at 8am this morning, the lady said someone should be here within a couple of hours. Get a phone call at 3:30, saying they can charge me overtime fees to come out. Just be a little more professional and let people know earlier. Not too mention I already missed work and $ from waiting around all day. I'm beyond irritated. I like Truss and Sons better anyway.

  Our technician was Josh (serious kudos!) He did a really great job! Super respectful and considerate of everything--even with the dogs! Excellent work and very efficient. Would definitely recommend these guys!
