  They told me that my laptop was fried. Took it for a 2nd opinion. The power button was the problem. The cost of the parts was $15 . I wonder if they wanted my money or to fix it to begin with. Will not be taking anything else there that's for sure. Thank you.

  Hi Rosemary we're sorry you didn't have a good experience with us! Very often laptops can be cost prohibitive to fix. We typically spend about 30 minutes diagnosing what the issue could be, then call and let you know our thoughts to determine if you want to go a little deeper or not. Looks like we followed this process with you according to your ticket. It can be a tough decision to spend additional money only to find out your laptop really is dead.
