went into the place and the guy behind counter said they dont sell the product even tho it was purchased from the company..never looked up product or nothing...always wanted to support hometown businesses, but with service like that. its a good reason to go some place else

Homeowners, Locke doesn't want you in their store. Every single time I've walked into this shop I've been greeted by a middle-age gentleman with a goatee. He is very rude and short when you have questions. I couldn't even get him to get off of his cell phone long enough to even take a proper look at the item I brought in. The part he sold me will not fit my AC and now I'm out $100.

Do yourself a favor and just cross reference parts and order from Amazon or another online retailer.

The customer service at the electrical counter is amazing. They go way beyond your typical “big box store” to get you the parts and supplies needed for your project. Plus they have a lot of specialty parts and materials you won’t find at those big box stores.

When I want to feel like I'm unwanted I go here. If you're not a contractor you might as well get prepared to get treated like you don't exist. Having said that, I buy my HVAC filters here and they do have things that may be difficult to find elsewhere. 5 stars because I don't want to hurt their business but really it's a 3. I don't like being treated like vermin when I spend money. If you don't care, you'll love it.

I visited the HVAC section of Locke Supply, and the person behind the counter didn't acknowledge me, say hello I'll be right with you, or anything. No problem, maybe he's having a bad day. The guy didn't offer to look up the part even when I mentioned the name of the furnace, and I knew what the part looked like. Okay, no problem. I'll take the part off and come back. I came back the next day, and no one was behind the counter. I looked down the aisle and saw a guy from the previous day. He looked up from what he was doing, and saw me, and didn't say I'll be right there, or anything, and went back to looking for something. I assumed he was filling an order, but that was over shadowed by poor customer service. Then after a couple of minutes later he came to the counter to help me. I got the part and left.. Just poor customer service. Neither days did anyone wear a mask, but may not be company policy. I'll be driving to the Locke Supply off I-240 from now on.
