Called to make an apptmt for plumbing and hvac services. Service was scheduled, and then I was asked to provide a credit card for their files over the phone. Who would do that nowadays? I told the lady I was not
comfortable doing that instead would pay at the time of service and she said fine. At the scheduled time nobody showed up. I called and was told nothing was scheduled, no apology. We scheduled for anotherr day, and then the question about the credit card came up again. This time I am told no card no service. Well, I was eager to get a lot of stuff done at my house and also wanted to sign up for a maintenance plan, but I guess they don't need my business. Very disappointing!

Dustin was the technician who came to do the required maintenance on our HVAC system in preparation for the winter months. Always professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.

I called to inquire about certain services offered through Lochridge Priest and asked for various prices. The lady I spoke with on the phone by the name of Kadi was very helpful and was a joy to speak with. She answered all of my questions with great knowledge, and was able to give me accurate pricing. She was very witty, and had a great personality when speaking with her. When the time comes that I decide to need the services I inquired, I will definitely keep you in mind and call on Kadi to set up any services I may need!

Good Grief, he arrived early! yea. Fixed it in about 25 minutes.  Everything is working perfectly.  Excellent.........

Josh Watson was my service tech. I had a clubhouse that had a major leak from the Texas Storm. I was able to schedule quickly.  Josh was able to identify and repair additional issues we were not aware of with the plumbing from the winter storm. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project. As Community Association Manager,  we value vendors that can get the job done and professionally!

Dustin was super fast arriving, quick to diagnose, and quick to fix the clogged line. Glad that I got my system from Lochridge.

The technician was thorough and very detailed in his research and repair of the challenge.

This company came out and told me that there was some type of cap blocking my line. They were going to have to dig up my property and replace the lines to get the cap out and this blockage cleared up. Luckily, another plumber that I contracted for a bid on this came out this morning and there isn't a cap blocking the pipe. The cap is sealing off another line. There was toilet paper and tree roots blocking the line. Needless to say, they will not need to dig up my yard and replace pipe. How does a licensed plumber not find this type of blockage? Good thing that other plumber contacted me or I would have spent thousands needlessly. This company just sent me a bill for $220 for coming out for the initial visit when they told me they would need to replace pipe. I'm beyond angry.

I am rewriting a positive review that I wrote immediately following a service call yesterday. The service was fast, smooth and professional. I expected that the fee would be high and it was. I didn’t expect a markup of  around 1000% on the part. I had a bad capacitor that LP charged $194 for and, it seems, I could have gotten at several places online for between $12-$27. I’m waiting for the company to explain this to me. Until then, this review stands. Beware of Lochridge-Priest pricing!

Dustin did an outstanding job.  His customer skills are excellent.  He did everything asked of him quickly and completely, offering explanations and advice each step of the way.  Thanks to both him and the company!
