  I don't ever leave reviews but this has been stewing for a few weeks. I had this company come out to look and hopefully unclog my bathtub drain. They couldn't figure out the issue and proceeded to give me an estimate for re-piping the house for over $6k and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the re-piping? Meanwhile for some reason dropping profanities in my house in front of my kids. Left my house in disarray. Bathroom was a mess. Dirt, dust everywhere. Left the craw space wide open after he left. Called the phone number and said someone would get back to me and never did. The person on the phone, in my amazement, said it's really not there responsibility to clean after themselves. $150 for what? To come out and give me an estimate to re-pipe my house. One week later, called another company. Walked in with booties, did the work and fixed the issue in 15 minutes for $90. Cleaned up the mess that he made and left. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Reading some other reviews, it sounds a little like mine.

  Service person did an amazing job hooking up my bidet, like really great, he had to get creative with my old pipe setup and old toilet. My only criticism would be he rarely wore a mask. Every time he came out to talk to me he had no mask on and would occasionally pull his buff/bandana back over his mouth. Other than that it was very good work.

  We had a leak problem, and called them out to see what the issue was. They were not able to locate the origin of the leak and told us that we would have to fix ALL the pipes for $2,800. I then called another company, who send one of their representatives who was able to locate the leak and fix it for $250, NOT $2,800! Can’t believe I spent $99 just for them to misinform us and almost spend $2,800 without a guarantee that the leak would actually be fixed.

At Local Service Pro Plumbing, we are committed to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our plumbing services. Whenever we give a quote, we always make sure that the numbers are correct and never try to charge an "exaggerated amount" of money. How do we do this? We check in with other professional techs that have done the job before in order to have our numbers straight and give our clients the best price possible. But, when our technician arrived at your residence, there was already a handyman there who claimed that he would do the job for $250. Our tech was not able to do any work at the site and was paid the $99 trip fee which you agreed to initially when the call was booked. Below is the sample quote: LSP Plumbing will repair approx 24 ft of copper with all proper fittings and connections, in order to trace leaks that appear to be coming from the top. We offer a 10-year warranty on the repair and we will also provide a quote for a future repair if more work is needed. Our reputation means everything to us and we have countless positive experiences to show that we have excellent relationships with many of the clients we work with. We've tried our best to rectify the issue with you and we hope that you will contact us once again to talk about this situation. We hope to hear from you again in the future.
