  I contacted Lightning Mechanical to get an estimate for replacing a mini split AC only with a mini split that has a heat pump + AC. They were really busy, but they kept in touch with me and came by to see where the unit would go and what would be needed. They gave me an estimate and I paid half of the cost. They said they would be able to install it the week of Jul 19. Their word is good. Paul and his assistant installed it on Jul 20th - it was HOT but they didn't cut any corners. They were professional and efficient and they cleaned up both inside and outside after installation. They even moved the old unit to my garage for me so I could store it while I list it for sale. Previously, I had contacted Paul for a plumbing problem. He worked on it but couldn't fix it and didn't charge me. He referred me to another plumber who was able to do the job - it took three days. Again, Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Paul is honest, reliable, professional and ethical.

  I probably can’t say enough good things! In an already difficult and wacky world, I unintentionally presented Paul and Matt with an absurd task. My A/C died, and I installed a brand new, yet faulty, thermostat. These guys went through the ringer to diagnose and fix the problems (yes, multiple problems). They were friendly and professional and I appreciate all they did.

  Very unprofessional,do not own up to their mistakes, and do not show up or call you when they miss a scheduled appointment, very rude phone etiquette
