  They were amazing from office staff to owners to all the hard workers who came to my rescue to fix my septic and get me back in my home. I can't thank them all enough for their hard work kindness and great attitudes for a really hard job they had to tackle!They definitely set the standards high for how all small businesses should treat the customers!!A++

  Called Little’s first and they sent a guy down who was super kind but didn’t listen to where I thought the buried septic tank was and said they’d have to do a location on it which cost an extra $275. He dug two holes in my granted rocky yard but neither were close to where I pointed. They then tried to charge me $75 for a service fee which I refused to pay. However, the kind man who came out from Little’s was very nice and professional about it was just following policy. Called Hull’s and their location was only $100 but when he got here he asked if I knew where the buried tank was. Told him it should he right here (same place I told the Little’s guy) because I knew where the main drain pipe was. He probed two times and found it in less than 30 seconds. Then got it pumped for me for $350 less than what Little’s was trying to charge with their sensor flush location and service fees just for coming out and not doing what I called for.

  Very poor communication waited all day after being told they were coming and instead they send everyone home doing jobs. Not 1 call was made to inform us.
