  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional. I’m shocked they’ve hired her for customer service because she clearly has no clue. The receptionist needs a major attitude adjustment. Will never work with them and will never recommend that any of my clients work with them. I haven’t been treated that poorly… well since ever. After she was done giving me an earful she then told the person (whom she had told me to have call her) an earful about me and refused to work with him. Beyond ridiculous. Work with anyone else but them.
