  This is such a prompt, courteous and professional service! I've used them several times personally and refer them to my friends, whom all have had excellent experiences. Even my workplace now uses this stellar company! It's hard to find any industry these days with a better customer service then Lira Plumbing. I am flabbergasted about the negative review concerning a child. The only thing I can think is that there was a misinterpretation concerning the gentleman joking with the child. We've never had a negative experience!

  The guy came to fix our wobbly toilet that a previous plumber (I'm not sure if it was the same person since I wasn't around the first time) had neglected to properly fix. First, he was rude to the child that answered the door. The child said they needed an adult to come answer the door (which is what ANY child should do when they don't know the person at the door) and the guy replied that he was on the clock and to hurry up. The child was on the phone with their father when this happened and the father heard what was said. I was unaware anything was said until I contacted the father once the guy left. Then, when he was done fixing the toilet he told me he had to use one of my towels to clean up and asked if I wanted it back even though it was disgusting. Of course I don't want a disgusting towel back! I'd have to soak it in bleach for a week before I'd even think about using it again. He did not ask me if he could use MY towel, nor did he ask if there was anything else he could clean up with. I have paper towels, and in the event we didn't have them or they weren't good enough for the mess I would have given an old towel instead of one of my good ones. Towels are expensive and we only had 5 to begin with. Finally, to add insult to injury, the guy told me to my face that he was not rude to the child, shook his head, said "wow" and slammed my front door shut. The child's father heard what he said, the guy was lying to my face (maybe he honestly didn't know he was being rude-his personality seems abrasive so it could have just been that). Again, at the time I did not know what was said so I was absolutely clueless as to what the guy was talking about or I would have said something. However, I had half a mind to chase him out the door for slamming it since I was already pissed about the towel, but I held my temper and will let you decide if you want someone like this to come fix your plumbing. If you do call him, make sure to hide your linens and kids. He got two stars because the toilet no longer wobbles or slides and as far as I can tell at the moment there isn't a leak. In my opinion the guy needs a serious attitude adjustment and needs to work on his customer service skills.
