  I had an issue with my heater, spoke with Heather, she was right on it sent Wayne to come and he did a good, didn't take long,, explained what was going on. He was easy to talk to appreciate him.

  Had an appointment, was told they would be arriving "first thing in the morning" to do some work on a fairly significant leak. I stayed home from work to meet them, and no one ever showed up. No courtesy call, and didn't pick up the phone even once when I called them numerous times over the course of 4 hours. Unbelievable. Wasting time I do not have, and being flagrantly disrespectful. If you consider timeliness or at least basic communication to be the most basic aspects of decent service you need to take your business elsewhere. I am absolutely disgusted and frankly pretty angry.
