  After getting a huge water bill from the city, I was able to find the leak from a pipe between the street and the unit. I called Lincoln Plumbing and Norm helped me right away - giving me instructions on how to get the water shut off until he could get there. He came out the same day (it was late on Friday!) and we developed a plan to dig up the pipe and replace it. Dan came out Saturday and replaced the leaking pipe - it was not an easy fix due to the way the original pipe had been installed, not to mention it was cold and rainy. I really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. They are my only plumbing service from now on.

  We had a water leak and called them. They were busy, but fit us in the following day and fixed our problem. Very nice technicians, explained what was wrong and repaired the leaks. It is nice to see such good service these days! I would definitely recommend them

  they set an appointment a week out. I was unable to use my bathroom while I waited for them to come. The day before the service date they called and cancelled the appointment. They wanted to set another date a month out. NOT my type of service. I called another plumber.
