  We were set to go out of town on a Thursday evening, and on the morning of, our water heater stopped working. I took a chance and called early, around 6 am. There was a technician at our house by 9 am, and by around 11:30-12, we had a brand new water heater installed. Kevin was super and worked to get us done quickly. And to top it all off, when we got home after the weekend, they had sent us a thank you card, and included dog toys for our three mutts. Thanks so much!

  We were so pleased by the responsive, efficient, and professional service provided by Lile Plumbing. Kevin - who was available to come to our home within 15 minutes of my making the service call - was incredibly pleasant to work with and respectful to our space. He was knowledgeable and extremely transparent when giving the cost breakdown for the different options available for repair. His attitude was compassionate to our situation, which made a big difference for me! I am a new homeowner, and I was really appreciative of Kevin taking the time to walk me through his observations and explain some of the nuances of our specific system and how to best repair. He caught some things that didn't show up on the inspection report, such as a leak in one of the valves in the kitchen sink, and addressed the issue in an expert manner. It has been over a week since our service and things are working perfectly. I will definitely be calling Lile Plumbing for any future needs!

  Our plumber was on time, exceptionally professional, took care to explain what he was doing and shared the mechanism of dysfunction with us. He was wonderful with our pets and made sure we were comfortable with the plan. He even stopped by a few days later to drop off a toy for our pet! Lile's service and employees make it feel like a friend is helping out, and doing a great job. Will absolutely be using their services again.
